About the Project

The University Technical Assistance Program (UTAP) at UC Denver has partnered with the town of Ignacio to assemble a downtown redevelopment plan. The goal of this project is to enhance the downtown core along Goddard Avenue between the blocks of Lampert Street and Empire Street centering on the Highway 51 Intersection.
